Hex Trust, a company that safeguards cryptocurrencies for institutions, has received a complete license to provide virtual asset services in Dubai. This move is part of its plan to grow its presence worldwide.
Hex Trust Secures Full Crypto License in Dubai
Hex Trust, an institutional crypto custodian, has been granted a complete license by Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority. This license allows the company to provide crypto custodial services to institutional clients and sophisticated investors.
Earlier in February, Hex Trust received an MVP operational license. Filippo Buzzi, Hex Trust’s regional director of MENA, expressed the firm’s commitment to expanding into the Middle East, citing the region’s progressive regulations, welcoming governments, and thriving crypto ecosystem as key factors.
Hex Trust, which raised $88 million in its Series B funding round last year, received regulatory approval in France in August to offer various digital asset services.
