Tokenized US Treasuries Surpass $3 Billion, Surges 300% YoY

According to the analytics platform RWA.xyz, the tokenized US Treasuries have broken a major barrier, surpassing $3 billion in total value, and has surged 300% year-over-year. Excluding stablecoins, tokenized assets are growing rapidly, with tokenized US Treasuries up 179%, private credit increasing by 40%, and commodities rising by 5%. The growing market value of tokenized assets is supported by increasing regulatory frameworks in regions like the US, the Middle East, and Hong Kong, encouraging experimentation by financial institutions. Recently, Chainlink integrated with Coinbase’s Project Diamond to enable cross-chain interoperability for tokenized assets.
