Charles Hoskinson Breaks Silence On Trending X Troll Bot

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson has finally addressed the viral conversation between himself and a troll bot.

The X conversation between Hoskinson and the bot, RoastMaster9000, generated a lot of comments on the platform.

The Troll Bot Incident and Its Implications

According to Hoskinson, curiosity about the mechanism of action for RoastMaster9000 triggered the interaction.

Notably, many X users who saw it misunderstood him. However, Hoskinson maintained the interaction has provided insight into a project being worked on by Input Output Global (IOG).

Notably, the RoadMaster9000 account on X is a bot designed to “roast” or troll anyone. The interaction began with the bot attacking the governance structure of Cardano.

It insisted that Hoskinson was running ADA in a way that disappointed users as they awaited a working smart contract.

Hoskinson’s reply, which demanded specifics on how Cardano was not meeting the bot’s expectations, elicited another round of trolling.

The RoadMaster9000 bot said, “I’d explain, but your TPS (transaction per second) is so low that my response might take till 2025 to process.”

Although Hoskinson claimed he was testing how far the bot could logically go with its reasoning, human online trolls also latched on to it to attack him.

Nevertheless, the Cardano founder might have achieved his initial aim of experimenting with a Large Language Model (LLM) in action.

Charles Hoskinson Discusses Me-Box Project: Merging AI with Personalization

In the post, Hoskinson hinted at a similar IOG project being worked on by Lars Brünjes.

The Me-Box project aims to help users create a digital copy of themselves and get people to interact with it.

The product might act like a Personal Assistant, replicating what an individual would or could have said under similar circumstances.

Based on the white paper Hoskinson shared, Me-Box combines the intelligence of a large language model with a vector database.

The vector database is for knowledge storage, which, together with a question-generation mechanism, can learn and mimic a person.

Primarily, Hoskinson says it the Me-Box is designed as a social experiment.

The Cardano founder did not elaborate on whether he intended to make the product on a commercial level.

However, the project could shift the human – Artificial Intelligence interaction process. It could ultimately trigger introspection to help users understand themselves better.

Cardano’s Innovative Ecosystem and Future Projects

Cardano could decide to scale the Me-Box project as the blockchain remains one of the most innovative in the space.

Its advanced cryptography and functionality enable it to embark on projects that set Cardano apart.

Cardano has supported several notable projects that have a significant impact on the broader crypto ecosystem.

For instance, Unbox the Universe project provides users with the tools to create programmable Smart Tokens.

The Unbox Smart Tokens allow users to integrate their values into identities, assets, and transactions. Another example is CardanoBI, the pioneer fully Open-Source Business Intelligence (BI) API layer for the network.

There have also been speculations about possible projects that Cardano intends to enhance in 2025.

These include Marlowe, a domain-specific language which facilitates the use of smart contracts on Cardano.

The project aims to encourage users to explore and utilize these smart contracts for a wide range of products. Overall, tech experts consider Cardano a very supportive network for developers seeking to improve the ecosystem.
