Injective and Sonic, a game platform using the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), have teamed up to create the first cross-chain artificial intelligence (AI) agent platform.
This new project will use Sonic’s HyperGrid technology to connect the Injective and Solana ecosystems, creating a Smart Agent Hub for developers.
The Smart Agent Hub will use the Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol (IBC) to enable different blockchain networks to work together easily. Injective Labs highlights that this hub will give developers the key tools to build, launch, and earn from AI agents in a decentralized setting. This initiative includes tokenizing AI agents, allowing for shared ownership and revenue, making the marketplace more attractive.
The hub will include Sonic’s infrastructure and IBC, along with Injective WebAssembly (WASM) and cross-chain asset interoperability, enhancing the abilities of AI agents. The partnership seeks to expand the visibility of AI agents using different distribution channels, like Sonic X, a TikTok-like app that will help users and developers.
The partnership follows Injective’s recent toolkit launch, enabling users to build their own AI agents, showing the rising interest in the AI agents field. This collaboration is important because projects like Terminal of Truths and Zerebro are becoming popular.
