XRP’s Weekend Struggles
At press time, the altcoin was trading at $2.19. This comes after a nearly 3% price drop over the past 24 hours. Ripple’s cryptocurrency had a rather tough week as it saw a 9% downfall throughout the last seven days. Despite this, the asset’s monthly gains are at 40%.
While the community has increased hopes for the cryptocurrency, XRP continues to remain 43% below its all-time high of $3.84. The asset hit this peak back in 2018, which is about seven years ago.

Apart from its price change, the XRP market witnessed the movement of a large chunk of the altcoin. Ripple reportedly moved 90 million XRP in two different transactions, according to tracker Whale Alert. In the first transaction, 50 million XRP, or around $111,697,462, was sent to an unidentified wallet via Ripple. Soon later, 40 million XRP, worth $89,678,944, was transferred from Ripple to an unidentified wallet in a second transaction.

2025 Price Prediction
According to data from CoinCodex, It is projected that XRP will trade in a range of $2.13 to $4.52 in 2025, resulting in an average yearly price of $2.98. Compared to the present rates, this may yield a potential return on investment of 105.49%.
