His Excellency Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), also addressed the audience, reflecting on Dubai’s evolution from a regional port at Jebel Ali to a global center of innovation. Celebrating the UAE’s resilience and visionary leadership, Belhoul noted that Dubai has successfully transformed the Middle East’s narrative from one marked by conflict to one characterized by technology, progress, and peace.
