AI16z and Eliza Framework
AI16z is a crypto project connected to AI and VC funding. This is linked to a venture capital firm run by AI agents, designed to invest in AI-crypto projects.
One of its major initiatives involves the Eliza framework – a tool for building AI characters integrated with platforms such as Discord and X, typically used in developing crypto AI agents.
The project uses decentralized AI managed by a DAO to make decisions and provide funding. AI16z is one of the first AI-managed crypto ventures focused on AI-agent development and crypto investments.
Earlier, Shaw, AI16z’s partner, shared a message from Logan via his X account. The message highlighted the support for the Eliza community, and revealed the plan to free her and separate her from the AI16z brand.
Also, the message said that the new token will be airdropped to holders. Logan also said in the message that they only want what is fair and for people who actually believe in the idea of making Eliza a real person.
Shaw noted that he’s sad and hurt by the latest events, highlighting that he didn’t sell anything or give anyone any other info than what was necessary to make the pre-planned launch happen.
