According to the latest information, the SEC says Rari engaged in transactions involving certain crypto assets offered and sold as securities, including MATIC, LINK, FTM, UST, and RGT.
The SEC had accused DeFi platform Rari Capital and its founders of misleading investors and acting as unregistered intermediaries.
