According to the latest development, Changpeng Zhao, the founder and former CEO of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange Binance, spoke in his statement after the new record in Bitcoin.
The Bitcoin price recently reached an all-time high of over $77,000.
“This is just the beginning,” CZ wrote in a statement minutes after the record.
Chanpeng Zhao recently attended a cryptocurrency event in Dubai and was greeted enthusiastically by the crowd. CZ, who spent nearly four months in prison in the US, was released after completing his time. CZ stated that he spent his time in prison “adhering to a strict prison diet” and “discussing cryptocurrencies with other inmates.”
However, Zhao stated that he will no longer be involved in Binance’s governance process and said that the new management consulted him for very little.
At the time of writing, the Bitcoin price is trading at $76,940, very close to its record high.
