Dogecoin (DOGE), the original meme coin, seems to be turning the tide after Elon Muskās comment about being the āDogefather.ā DOGEās price spiked after Muskās comment but has since cooled off.
The asset is still up 4.3% in the weekly charts and 2% in the 14-day charts but is down 3.3% in the daily charts and 3.4% over the previous month.
While DOGE has experienced immense success in its 11-year history, the meme coin has struggled to gain much momentum over the last few months. Muskās support for DOGE has often led to rallies, but they have been sporadic and inconsistent.

Hitting 90 cents will mean a new all-time high for DOGE. The meme coin is currently down by more than 86% from its peak of $0.7316, reached in May 2021, over three years ago. A rally of about 800% would entail hitting 90 cents from current prices.

According to Changelly researchers, Dogecoin (DOGE) will surpass the 90-cent mark in 2029, potentially hitting a maximum price of $0.92 that month. The platform further anticipates the meme coin surpassing the $1 mark in early 2030.

The researchers at Telegaon are far more bullish on Dogecoin (DOGE) than Changelly. The platform anticipates DOGE hitting the 90-cent mark sometime in 2026 and predicts the asset to trade at a maximum price of $1.26 in 2026. Hitting $1.26 from current price levels will translate to a rally of about 1160%.
