The FBI created its own altcoin called ‘NexFundAI Token’ and used the services of the accused firms to catch them.
According to recently announced information, the US government has accused four different cryptocurrency companies and 14 individuals for manipulation. It was noted that these were market-making companies. One of the companies in question was accused of memecoin price manipulation a year ago by cryptocurrency detective ZachXBT.
The FBI has taken the unprecedented step of creating its own cryptocurrency token and company to identify, block, and bring these would-be scammers to justice.
The published statement included the following statements:
“NexFundAI Token was a cryptocurrency token created at the behest of law enforcement. NexFundAI ran on the Ethereum blockchain and was a security.”
