Binance Will Conduct Two Snapshots
To qualify for the airdrop, users must hold at least 400,000 FLOKI on Binance and Binance will have two snapshots to determine who qualifies. The first snapshot will take place on August 22, 2024 at 12:00:00 UTC while the second will take place on Aug 29, 2024 at 23:59:59 UTC.
A total of 900 billion CAT tokens will be distributed to qualifying FLOKI holders on Binance. The amount of CAT each qualified FLOKI holder can obtain will be determined by how many FLOKI users qualify for the CAT airdrop on Binance at the time. The airdrop will be distributed proportionately based on the number of qualifiers.
Floki Trading Bot Users Gain Additional Perks
According to an official FLOKI blog post, Simon’s Cat will airdrop a total of 315,000,000,000 CAT tokens to FLOKI holders who have their tokens on-chain. This amounts to a total of 3.5% of Simon’s Cat tokens total supply.
For this CAT airdrop, both FLOKI holders and stakers will be able to try and meet the criteria to receive their CAT airdrops. CAT being an exclusive BNB chain means that the CAT airdrop can only take place on the BNB Chain.
Despite this, FLOKI holders on both the ETH and BNB chains will receive their share of the CAT airdrop upon qualifying. ETH FLOKI holders will receive CAT on their ETH wallet but on the BNB Chain.Lastly, CAT is allocating 1.5% of the CAT supply exclusively to users of the Floki Trading Bot. This airdrop will be distributed over a 30 day period. Upon trading CAT on the Floki Trading Bot during this time, users will be rewarded from the 1.5% allocated supply.
