The Chief Legal Officer of Ripple Labs Inc., Stuart Alderoty has thrown a light over the role of the company in opposing the crypto elimination started by the Chairman of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Gary Gensler. The legal battle has been stretching for four years and the CLO has appreciated the major stakeholders in this regulatory struggle.
