Shiba Inu’s special blockchain called Shibarium has reached a big number: more than 2 million transactions! This happened in just 15 days after the Shiba Inu team made the blockchain available to everyone. And just a week ago, it reached 1 million transactions, so it’s growing really fast.
Shibarium: Over 200K Daily Transactions
Shibarium, which is Shiba Inu’s special blockchain, had a big increase in the number of transactions in one day, reaching over 2 million in total. On one particular day, it had around 202,900 transactions. This shows that more and more people are starting to use Shiba Inu’s blockchain for different things, which is a good sign.
Apart from the number of transactions, Shibarium has some other interesting numbers to look at. Right now, about 1.12 million different wallet addresses have used the network.
Also, the number of blocks in Shibarium is getting close to 600,000. At the moment, there have been 588,356 blocks, and it takes around 5.0 seconds to create each block. These numbers show how active and busy Shibarium has been.
Shibarium’s Impressive Stats Despite Technical Challenges
Even though Shibarium had some technical problems when it first started on August 16, it has still achieved amazing numbers. There were so many people using it that it had to go into a special mode to stay safe. The team working on Shiba Inu and the Polygon team worked together to make it better.
When they relaunched it on August 28, 2023, Shibarium had only 368,532 transactions and 66,958 addresses. But now, in just 15 days, it has grown a lot. It has added 1,727,976 transactions and 1,059,010 addresses. This shows how much people are using it and how quickly it’s growing.
SHIB & BONE Drop Despite Shibarium Success
Even though Shibarium is doing well, the prices of tokens like SHIB and BONE from the Shiba Inu ecosystem are still quite low. Right now, SHIB is worth $0.00000722, which is 11% less than what it was two weeks ago. BONE has dropped even more, by 35.9%, and is now at $0.82.
