Worldcoin’s State Bridge and Growth Stats

On October 11, 2023, Worldcoin introduced changes to its state bridges to enhance gas efficiency and compatibility. This update allows users to create bridges for any EVM-compatible blockchain, enabling integration with World ID and various applications.

Worldcoin has experienced substantial growth, with 2.35 million registered users and over 700,000 unique wallets holding WLD, the native cryptocurrency. The number of WLD transactions has surged from 887,482 to 7,701,38 over a 77-day period.

However, a significant portion of WLD tokens is concentrated in a few addresses. The two largest WLD addresses managed by Worldcoin account for 70.8% of the total supply. The top ten wallets hold 86.86% of the total supply, and the top 100 wallets possess 92.75% of all WLD in circulation.

In terms of market performance, WLD has increased by 46.2% against the U.S. dollar in the past 30 days but declined by 18.4% in the last two weeks. As of October 13, WLD is valued at $1.47 per coin, which is 55% lower than its all-time high of $3.30 but 51% above its record low of $0.973. Its current market cap stands at $197 million, ranking 148th among over 10,000 cryptocurrencies.
