AIG PRE SALE
  • Every Digital Soul NFT can be exchanged for a special 3D-printed figurine.

Ubisoft, a popular video game publisher known for games like Far Cry and Just Dance, is now entering the world of NFTs with their widely acclaimed Assassin’s Creed franchise.

Assassin’s Creed Smart collectibles are a partnership between Integral Reality Labs and Ubisoft. These collectibles include special access cards represented as NFTs on the Ethereum scaling network Polygon, as well as physical items inspired by the game.

A wide range of customization options are available for personalization.

Each “Digital Soul” NFT can be exchanged for a special 3D-printed figurine. These figurines feature characters from the series enclosed in a transparent cube and can be customized to some extent.

Before the physical collectible is created and sent out, the owner has the opportunity to select from a range of clothing, weapons, and poses. Different levels of NFTs offer access to more choices for personalizing the corresponding physical items.

The collectibles have NFC chips that enable wireless data transfer between devices when they are nearby. By using a companion app on their smartphones, owners can view a digital version of the figure and access additional features and functionalities by simply tapping their phone to the collectible.

According to a spokesperson from Integral Reality Labs, the pre-sale for the Assassin’s Creed Smart collectibles will start soon, and the official release is scheduled for May 16. However, the prices for the collectibles have not been announced yet.

Integral Reality Labs and Ubisoft have previously collaborated on distributing physical 3D-printed objects inspired by popular games like Assassin’s Creed, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six, and For Honor. These objects were available both with and without a digital connection. Ubisoft proudly states that the Assassin’s Creed video game series, which first launched in 2007, has sold more than 200 million copies worldwide.
