Bitfinex, a big cryptocurrency exchange, made an announcement on Tuesday. They said that they will take away 13 tokens from their platform because not many people are trading them and there is not enough money available for buying and selling.

The tokens being delisted are Spookyswap (BOO), Bitcoin Gold (BTG), Enjin (ENJ), Stasis Euro (EURS), Terra Luna Classic (LUNA), PREMA (PRMX), Reef (REEF), Augur (REP2), Status (SNT), Storj (STORJ), Velo (VELO), WAX (WAX), and Zipmex (ZMT). This means that these tokens will no longer be available for trading on Bitfinex.
Bitfinex keeps an eye on how well all the projects listed on its platform are doing and regularly checks if they meet certain requirements. After careful evaluation, the exchange has chosen to remove 13 tokens because they didn’t meet the standards for trading activity and market demand.

Bitfinex users who have any of these tokens are advised to withdraw them as soon as they can. Starting from July 4th at 10:00 UTC, deposits for these tokens will no longer be accepted, and trading will close on July 11th at 10:00 UTC. Users will still have the option to make withdrawals until September 5th at 10:00 UTC. However, after that, there may be a recovery fee or the possibility of losing the funds permanently.
