Converse with Bitcoin Creator Using AI Chatbot Trained on Satoshi’s Legacy

Satoshi Nakamoto

Pierre Corbin and Hugo Ferrer, who are AI developers and enthusiasts, have created an AI chatbot called ‘Talk2Satoshi’.

The purpose of this chatbot is to mimic the knowledge and style of Satoshi Nakamoto, the mysterious creator of Bitcoin (BTC). It can respond to questions related to cryptocurrency and economics, providing insights in a manner similar to Satoshi Nakamoto.

Satoshi Nakamoto, the enigmatic creator of Bitcoin, disappeared more than ten years ago. However, his ideas are being revived through an AI chatbot called ‘Talk2Satoshi’. The chatbot was created by Pierre Corbin, co-organizer of the Bitcoin FilmFest, and Hugo Ferrer.

Launched on May 31, the AI chatbot is designed to provide answers to questions about Bitcoin and economics, imitating Nakamoto’s way of thinking.

Talk2Satoshi utilizes OpenAI’s ChatGPT AI model, which has been trained on a specific dataset consisting of Nakamoto’s public emails, forum posts, and other relevant resources.

These resources include books like “The Bitcoin Standard” by Saifedean Ammous, “The Price of Tomorrow” by Jeff Booth, and Pierre Corbin’s film “The Great Reset and the Rise of Bitcoin.” The developers plan to include additional sources in the future to enhance the chatbot’s knowledge.

During testing, the chatbot often expresses doubt about the future of traditional currencies while displaying confidence in Bitcoin. However, the responses may contradict each other based on the nature of the questions asked.

It’s important to mention that the chatbot doesn’t have up-to-date information on newer Bitcoin developments like the Ordinals protocol or BRC-20 tokens. As a result, it usually avoids providing comments on such topics.

Corbin sees the chatbot as a way to showcase how AI can be used for educational purposes. Despite some limitations, Talk2Satoshi is capable of providing satisfactory answers to basic inquiries about how Bitcoin functions, the mining process, and the concept of satoshis within the network.
