Two members of the Shiba Inu (SHIB) team have shared a crucial warning with the SHIB community, urging them to stay cautious and vigilant. The warning is particularly aimed at helping SHIB holders avoid falling victim to scams or fraudulent schemes.
The SHIB team emphasized the importance of community members double-checking and verifying any information they come across. They recommended that users only rely on official channels and sources when seeking updates or engaging in SHIB-related activities.
This warning comes in light of the increasing number of scams and fraudulent projects within the cryptocurrency space. The SHIB team wants to ensure that the SHIB community remains safe and well-informed while navigating the crypto landscape.
The official marketing expert of the SHIB developer team, who goes by the name Lucie, has issued a warning to the Shiba Inu community on X social media. She cautioned the SHIB army about a significant scam that poses a threat.
Another member of the SHIB team, Vet Kusama, supported Lucie’s warning by retweeting her post on his personal social media page. In his tweet, he also urged the SHIB army to take this announcement seriously and exercise caution.
A Friendly Reminder About TREAT
Lucie, the official marketing expert of the SHIB developer team, issued a friendly reminder about the TREAT token within the Shiba Inu ecosystem. She emphasized that the TREAT token has not been launched, reiterating that any claims suggesting otherwise are either disseminating misinformation or attempting to scam the SHIB community. This reminder aims to protect the community from potential scams and false information.
Please take this announcement into consideration!#StaySafe #ShibArmy

Back in early September, Lucie issued a similar caution when a surge of scammers started promoting a counterfeit TREAT token to the SHIB community. These fraudsters falsely declared that the reward token for the Shiba Inu ecosystem, TREAT, had been launched. They provided users with a fake TREAT contract address, leading to the theft of funds from SHIB holders who connected their wallets and engaged with it. Lucie’s warning serves to prevent such fraudulent activities and protect the community from potential financial losses.
