Bitcoin is still trading in the same range without big changes, staying between $29,000 and $29,500 over the past day.
On Sunday, like Saturday, most other cryptocurrencies are also quiet. However, there are two exceptions: RUNE and TON.
Bitcoin Stagnant at $29K
The last few weeks were not very exciting for the usually more up-and-down cryptocurrency. This past Monday, things moved a bit as Bitcoin went below $29,000 for a low during the week. But soon after, it got stronger and was over $30,000 by Wednesday.
People thought there might be more ups and downs on Thursday when the US CPI numbers were coming out. But Bitcoin stayed around $30,000 and didn’t move a lot.
After that, things were pretty quiet for the next days. Bitcoin mostly stayed between $29,000 and $29,500, not changing much. This is what usually happens over the weekend when not as many people are trading.
Because of this, the total value of all Bitcoins (market cap) is still around $570 billion. And Bitcoin is still the biggest cryptocurrency, with almost 49% of the whole market on CoinMarketCap.

RUNE Takes the Spotlight
In the past 24 hours, most other cryptocurrencies haven’t shown any big changes. Coins like ETH, BNB, XRP, DOGE, ADA, TRX, MATIC, and LTC are all a little lower.
Shiba Inu, which did well in the past week, is now down by 4% after going up. Solana and Polkadot are a bit higher, but not by much.
TONCOIN had the biggest jump among the larger cryptocurrencies. TON went up by 8% and now is worth $1.4.
But the big winner today is THORChain’s own token – RUNE. It went up by a huge 20% today, so now it’s over $1.3.

However, the whole value of all cryptocurrencies together (crypto market cap) is still around $1.170 trillion, not changing much.
