Hong Kong-based Crypto Custody Hex Trust Expands to Europe with Registration in Another Country Following Italy.
Hong Kong’s Hex Trust, a crypto custodian, achieves a milestone in its European expansion by registering with France’s Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).
Hex Trust’s registration with France’s Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) enables the company to engage in buying, selling, and trading digital assets while providing digital asset custody services in France.
Last year, the company also received a similar registration from Italy’s Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) in June.
France has become a favored choice for crypto-related businesses because of its supportive regulatory approach to the industry. The country provides tax advantages for cryptocurrency profits and simplified registration procedures with financial regulatory authorities.
France: A Preferred Destination for Crypto Firms’ European Expansion
France’s favorable regulatory environment has made it a top choice for crypto firms seeking to expand in Europe. Hex Trust’s registration in France is anticipated to boost the company’s growth and enhance its presence in the European market.
With the crypto industry gaining traction, regulated custodians like Hex Trust play a vital role in offering secure storage and management solutions for digital assets. This builds investor trust and helps promote the widespread acceptance of cryptocurrencies.
